In April 2023 Tammy completed her certification as a Naturotherapist with the Energy System Mastery Training based on Dr. Stone's polarity system.

The purpose of this training is to provide care to clients by stimulating the body as naturally as possible in order to balance the functioning of the system to treat certain problems.

As a member of the National Association of Naturopaths, Tammy can provide insurance receipts for the following care:

    • Use of the principle of love, basic energy of the Universe and healing principle
    • Unblocking and circulation of energy through the energetic manipulation of the 5 elements: Air-fire-water-earth-ether
    • Energy exercises (breathing, yoga, massage, meditation)
    • Healthy eating and the state of mind we are in when we eat food
    • Thought and mental attitude: Thought and positive attitude give more strength and vitality.
